Please Note: Before making your request, please make sure you have:
- Reviewed and understand the Creative Project Policy. (We would be overjoyed to preemptively field your questions.)
- Allowed adequate time for project completion (8 weeks) based on your needed by date.
- Received approval from your direct report to make this request.
The Creative Arts department will contact you within 1-2 weeks from your submission date to schedule a follow-up meeting. If necessary, you may also be asked for additional/adjusted information before a meeting can occur.
